Using Power Automate, project management tasks in Autodesk Forma are automated, reducing team members' workloads. Power BI is then used to analyze data collected from Autodesk Forma, providing real-time insights into project progress and performance for swift decision making. Additionally, in family creation, collaboration with domestic equipment manufacturers facilitates semiautomated creation of families with manufacturer specifications. Integration with Inventor software streamlines the creation of equipment parts like support steel, further enhancing the efficiency of the family creation process. Finally, the created families are managed in a database within Power BI, contributing to improved project productivity.
