  • How much does an Autodesk Docs subscription cost

    Autodesk Docs is not available as a standalone subscription. Autodesk Docs is included with AEC Collection subscriptions and the price is included in the price of the collection, which is for an annual subscription, for a monthly subscription, or for a 3-year subscription. Autodesk Docs is also included in subscriptions to Autodesk BIM Collaborate and Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro, Autodesk Takeoff and Autodesk Build.

  • What is the difference between Autodesk Docs and BIM 360 Docs?

    While each offering currently contains many of the same common data environment features, Autodesk Docs supports document management for projects on the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform, while BIM 360 Docs supports document management for projects on the BIM 360 platform.   • What is the difference between Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate and BIM Collaborate Pro?

    Autodesk Docs a common data environment, is a centralised document management solution that acts as a single source of truth across the project lifecycle for all teams. It is available in the AEC Collection and is also included with subscriptions to Autodesk BIM Collaborate and Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro, Autodesk Takeoff and Autodesk Build.

    BIM Collaborate is cloud-based design collaboration and coordination software for reviewers and non-authoring contributors on project teams. It includes Autodesk Docs as well as Design Collaboration and Model Coordination modules.

    BIM Collaborate Pro, the next evolution of BIM 360 Design, is design co-authoring, design collaboration and coordination software for AEC teams. It includes all the functionality of BIM Collaborate plus the collaboration services of Revit Cloud Worksharing, Collaboration for Civil 3D and Collaboration for Plant 3D, and is for design authors who require anytime, anywhere co-authoring access in Revit, Civil 3D and Plant 3D.

  • Where can I get an Autodesk Docs perpetual licence?

    Autodesk Docs software is available with a subscription only. We no longer sell perpetual licences. Learn more about our software licensing options.

  • How do I stop auto-renewal or cancel my subscription?

    Sign in to manage.autodesk.com, select Billing & Orders, click Edit Payment and turn off auto-renewal. Your subscription details will then list an expiry date instead of a renewal date. Your subscription remains active until the expiry date.
