As a primary administrator of your Autodesk account, you need to keep your users informed of the software licensing changes.
00:09
We have created a PowerPoint presentation that you can use to explain the change to your users,
00:15
and we've created this video to support you in presenting it.
00:21
To use this presentation, you're gonna want to be sure that you have PowerPoint installed on your computer.
00:26
And then with that launched, you'll want to go to the "VIEW" tab and you want to click on "NOTES".
00:31
We've provided scripts that you can use, but feel free to edit them as necessary.
00:36
It includes animations and references have been included in the notes to tell you when to press the "PGDN" key.
00:44
The focus on this first slide is explaining what the Autodesk Named User Model is,
00:49
how it will benefit your users and when you'll be making the change.
00:54
We've added an "INSERT DATE" field here in red to remind you that you're going to want to enter your own date of transition.
01:02
And just like any presentation, you'll want to switch to the slideshow presentation mode to present it to your users.
01:10
This slide contains a number of images to visually show the users how they will log in.
01:15
The images are all controlled by animations in the PowerPoint,
01:19
and the script guides you on what to say and when to press the "PGDN" key to advance the images.
01:25
Be sure to review the script during your preparation and make any edits as necessary.
01:32
The final slide in the presentation is focused on some troubleshooting tips for common issues,
01:36
that your users may experience while logging in and gaining access to their software.
01:41
Again, with this slide, there's a script provided as well as animations that you can use in presenting this content to your users.
