Using 3ds Max to render Revit models

In this course, we will use Revit file in 3ds Max to create high quality rendered image for visualization.

To do this, we will first import the Revit data in 3ds Max.

After we import the data, we choose and set up Arnold Rendering engine that we will use to render the high-quality image.

Arnold is an advanced ray tracing renderer built for the demands of feature-length animation, visual effects, and visualization.

As Revit uses Autodesk material, we will need to convert that to physical material for realistic rendering using Scene Conversion.

The Scene Converter easily converts your scene to take advantage of newer lights, materials and render of features.
