Working with project documents in Upchain - Quiz

The translation document is assigned a number that matches the parent document number.

The translation document is versioned up when the parent document is versioned up.

The translation document can be searched for using the Quick search.

The translation document is removed when the parent document is checked out and back in again.

Upchain prompts you to upload a translation document. 

The document is uploaded and Upchain automatically assigns the document a new number.

Upchain detects that no changes have been created and prevents you from creating a new version.

The document is uploaded and a new version is created.

Checking in a document retains any markups previously saved.

Saved markups can be loaded from the Markup list menu (see the image above).

Markups are only saved to a specific document version.

You can create more than one markup for the same document.

Upchain indicates that a new version will be created, and you are prompted to enter a description of the change.
