Discover commenting, annotations, and pointer

Whenever you're inside a room and viewing content,

you'll also have the ability to leave comments or

annotations on any of the assets that you're reviewing.

To do so,

first click on the comments icon on the right hand side. From here,

just enter the comment

you wish to leave

and click send.

You'll note that the comment is tied to that specific frame

and a clickable hash mark will appear on the timeline

at the bottom.

You can also leave an annotation on an asset

along with your comment by first entering your comment,

clicking on the pencil icon,

selecting a color,

and then drawing on the frame to indicate your suggested changes.

Once you're done, just click send.

If you'd like to leave an annotation without a comment, you can do so.

Just be sure to click the send button to ensure that your annotations are saved.

If you'd like to point to a specific section of a frame to your fellow participants,

you can use our laser pointer feature by clicking on the

pencil icon in the upper right hand corner of the middle panel.

Drawing using the laser pointer will look like an annotation at first

but will disappear in a matter of seconds and

will not be tied to the asset whatsoever.

Once you're done with your comments,

you can export them by clicking the export comments icon on the right.
