To use Flow Generative Scheduling, you will need a license for a cloud hosted Flow Production Tracking site.
To use the integration between Flow Production Tracking and Flow Generative Scheduling, your Flow Production Tracking site will need to be hosted.
Local installations of Flow Production Tracking do not support integration with Flow Generative Scheduling.
Each task to be scheduled will require a pipeline step, duration, and dependency.
By default, all users who have a Flow Production Tracking entitlement will also have an entitlement for Generative Scheduling. Admins can remove a user's ability to log into Generative Scheduling by removing their entitlement to Generative Scheduling in https://manage.autodesk.com/.
Even with an entitlement, users can only send schedule scenarios to Flow Production Tracking if they have permission to edit the Proposed Start Date field on the Task entity. Admins can adjust a user's permissions in Flow Production Tracking.
