Projects cannot be activated or reopened from a finished workflow state

Draft projects are viewable in the web app and plugins.

Projects may contain one or more of the following: BOM items, supporting documents, business processes, project plan tasks and team members.

Private projects can only be accessed by the project team members.

Project workflows are started in an active state.

Favorite projects will display on the main page in the web application.

The project types available out of the box are: Engineering, Design project, Build to print and template.

Projects are created with a team assigned out of the box.
