Supplier collaboration - Quiz

A preferred supplier is easily identified within the BOM under the Supplier attribute. 

Suppliers have access only to the items shared with them as part of the RFQ. They do not have access to the full BOM or other project information. 

By participating in an RFQ, suppliers are able to update the information in the suppliers tab, as well as add documents.

If upon selecting the edit option in the suppliers tab we can only modify a limited number of text boxes, this means the supplier has an email address associated with it. Therefore, the supplier must populate the information by themselves through an RFQ.

The supplier must be added to the item in the suppliers tab. 

Supplementary documents, such as a standard form, instructions, or policy statements. 

Inactive suppliers cannot be activated again. 

Inactive suppliers can be deleted from your tenant.

Suppliers may only be added and invited to your tenant by a Tenant Administrator.

Suppliers with an email address will need to activate their account.
