Opening recent sheet set files

Since you just had two sheet sets open,

you'll see them in your recent files list. So you could open either one from here.

You'll also find the open a sheet set option under the open menu.

This option will prompt you to navigate to an existing DST file.

It will then open it in the pallet.

You can also use the application menu, open it, then expand the open menu

You'll find an option to navigate to and open a DST file or just to open the pallet.

Since we're still in the start tab,

you should notice that all of the ribbon tools are inactive,

which makes sense as we have no active drawing.

But the quick access toolbar is activated.

Although with fewer tools than when you're within a drawing.

Click on the fourth icon on the right side of the Q A that

too will display the sheet set manager palette for you.

Let's close the palette again.

Let's go back to our new drawing. Click on its tab to access it.

You should notice that it now displays more tools,

but by default sheet set manager is not one of them,

but it is available as one of the extra commands for the quick access toolbar.

Click on the down arrow icon on the right side of the Q A to expand the menu,

click on sheet set manager to display its icon.

Now it's available to you no matter what state the ribbon is in.

We just saw our two new sheet set DST files in the recent list of the start tab.

But there's another place to find them

from the displayed pallet, expand the open pull down.

Then hover over recent our two new DST files should be listed there.

Click on the one you made from an existing folder to open it in the pallet.
