In Autodesk account portal, admins assigned as contract managers can add or reduce seats for subscriptions

that are set up to renew automatically.

This feature is available only for subscriptions bought online from Autodesk

and only in some regions.

Sign into your Autodesk Account and from the navigation menu,

Billing and Orders, select Subscriptions and Contracts.

From the Subscriptions and Contracts page, select a contract to display your subscription details, including current seats.

To add seats, click Add Seats.

You may be prompted to log in before adding seats.

From the Add seats page, in the Add seats field, enter how many seats you wish to add.

Review your payment information on file and then click Submit order.

Seats are added immediately and the charge is prorated based on time to your renewal date.

Promotional pricing (when available) will be reflected in the prorated price given on the confirmation page after adding the seats.

You can reduce the seat count at any time.

The seat number and price decrease are recorded when your subscription renews.

Back in the Subscriptions and Contracts page,

select a contract to display your subscription details.

Then, from the Add seats page, click Reduce.

The Reduce Seats button is not active if you have only one seat in your current subscription.

From the Reduce seats panel, adjust the number of seats and click Save changes.

When you reduce seats, the price adjusts on the next renewal date and the current seats remain available until that date.
