With Forma, you can easily share projects in the cloud with team members.

By inviting them from within a project, you can grant access to that project without them viewing other projects in your Hub.

With a project already open, in the left panel, click the Project members tab.

Those project members who have already been invited are listed.

To add other project members, click Invite.

In the Invite to project dialog, you can enter or paste up to 50 email addresses of people you wish to invite to the project.

You can also assign the members a role by expanding the role drop-down.

members can open and view a project, but they cannot make any changes to a project.

Collaborators can edit existing projects, create new ones, and invite members to projects.

Once you have selected a role, you can select Copy invite link to provide a link to external people.
