00:07

you can easily plot your sheet set to any configuration

00:11

that is stored in the named page setups

00:15

in the sheet set manager.

00:17

Right? Click the sheet set title

00:19

or you could select any combination of sheets that you want to plot

00:25

in the shortcut menu. Choose, publish,

00:28

publish using page setup override.

00:33

Notice that the letter size handout page setup you created appears in the list.

00:38

Since the new page set up plots to a PDF file.

00:42

When you select that page set up, the program displays a specified PDF file,

00:47

dialogue

00:49

note where the file will be written

00:51

and then click select

00:59

once the PDF file has been created open it.

01:04

As you can see all of the sheets in the sheet set have been

01:08

plotted to 8.5 by 11 sheets and saved in a single PDF file.

01:13

Now think about how much time you will save

01:16

by not having to open and reconfigure every layout

01:20

each time you want to plot to a different device or at a different scale.

01:25

And since these named page setups are saved in a template file,

01:29

the next time you create a sheet set.

01:31

The process will be even easier

01:35

when you are finished working with the sheet set. Be sure to close it.
