Hydraulic Diagnostics Report
The Hydraulic Diagnostic Report includes warnings related to pumps, valves, and hydraulic disconnection, as well as temporarily closed pipes next to tanks during the simulation.
Control Center Overview
View a summary of rule-based controls, simple controls, initial status, remote valve controls, and variable speed pump controls in a single dialog box.
InfoWater Pro API with Python
InfoWater Pro installs with Python scripting support to directly interrogate and extract InfoWater Pro results. This allows modelers to leverage custom scripting and analyses with Python notebooks inside of ArcGIS Pro or other development environments.
Connection to Info360 Insight
If you don’t have access to SCADA systems within Live Data Adapter (LDA), connect to Info360 Insight to get data analytics and preview Info360 Insight patterns through LDA.
Improved Live Data Adapter
The SCADA Event Manager functionality allows you to create a library of separate SCADA Events that can be selected within Gap Analysis.
Demand allocator
Calculate and distribute demands based on both existing systems and future system conditions.
Protector
Model the propagation and concentration of naturally disseminated, accidentally released, or intentionally introduced contaminants and chemical constituents throughout the systems.
Pressure zone manager
Identify and delineate each pressure zone based on its boundary elements and generate a hydraulic schematic for each pressure zone.
Criticality assessment manager
Carry out a detailed assessment of the hydraulic impact of valve operations on customer service and score asset criticality.
Scheduler
Determine the most cost-effective pumping and valve policies to reduce costs and provide safer, more reliable operations.
Designer
Find out the most cost-effective, efficient design and rehabilitation of water distribution piping systems.
Pump system analysis
Design new pumping stations that meet pumping capacity requirements and maintain optimal pumping efficiency.
Skeletonizer
Reduce excessive pipe segmentation by dissolving interior nodes based on user-specified attributes, while automatically readjusting demands to construct reliable network models.
Back-tracing
Run in reverse time to compute input-output hydraulic and water quality characteristics for all flow paths between input sources and output nodes.
NetVIEW
Allow multiple water utility departments maximum interaction with spatial photography by publishing hydraulic models to Google Earth.
Calibrator
Determine pipe status and roughness coefficients, pump and valve status, and demand distribution to provide a well-calibrated model that best reflects actual system conditions.
Water quality calibrator
Adjust pipe wall reaction coefficients to provide a calibrated water quality model and best reflect actual water quality conditions in the distribution system.
Multi-species analysis
Perform advanced water quality analysis, assessing reactions between multiple chemical and biological contaminants.
System requirements for InfoWater Pro
System requirements for InfoWater Pro
The following is the minimum hardware requirements necessary to install and run InfoWater Pro software product:
Operating system | Windows 10 (x64), Windows 11, Windows 8.1 Pro/Enterprise, Windows Server 2012, 2012R2, 2016, and 2019 (64-bit versions). See Autodesk's Product Support Lifecycle for support information. |
CPU speed | 2.2 GHz minimum or higher; hyper-threading (HHT) or multi-core is recommended. Four or more cores are recommended. |
Processor | Intel Dual Core, Core 2 Duo, Xeon, or greater; SSE2 (or greater). |
Memory | 8 GB minimum. 16+ GB is recommended. 32+ GB is optimal. |
Disk space | 4 GB of free disk space for installation. |
Display resolution | 1024 x 768 or above at normal size (96dpi) |
Dedicated graphics memory | 4 GB is recommended. If you use integrated GPU, consider increasing the system RAM to compensate for the usage of shared memory. |
Networking hardware | Simple TCP/IP, Network Card or Microsoft Loopback Adapter is required for the License Manager. |

InfoWater Pro is an extension of ArcGIS Pro and requires a compatible version detailed in the table below prior to installation.
ArcGIS Pro compatibility
InfoWater Pro | ArcGIS Pro |
|---|---|
InfoWater Pro 2026.1 | ArcGIS Pro 3.3 - 3.5 |
InfoWater Pro 2026.0 | ArcGIS Pro 3.0 - 3.3 |
InfoWater Pro 2025.X | ArcGIS Pro 3.0 - 3.2 |
InfoWater Pro 2024.X | ArcGIS Pro 3.0 - 3.1 |
InfoWater Pro 2023.3 | ArcGIS Pro 3.0 |
InfoWater Pro 2023.0 - 2023.2 | ArcGIS Pro 2.8 - 2.9 |
InfoWater Pro 3.5 Update 3 | ArcGIS Pro 2.6 - 2.7 |
There are two known issues with ArcGIS Pro 3.4:
Content Panes have invisible text is an issue in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.0 that was fixed in patch 3.4.2. This would cause the Model Explorer to have invisible text when docked in ArcGIS Pro.
Create New Project window disappears when trying to initialize a new map in version 2026.0.1. This is resolved in update 2026.0.2
The listed compatibility includes all ArcGIS Pro patches for the reported Major.Minor version (the patch being the third decimal in the Major.Minor.Patch format). For example: if the table shows compatibility with ArcGIS Pro version 3.2, then that includes patch versions 3.2.0 and 3.2.1, etc.
Any ArcGIS Pro License Level (Basic, Standard, Advanced) will work with InfoWater Pro.
When installing ArcGIS Pro, be sure to install for Anyone who uses this machine (all users) rather than the only the current user option.
