“Availability” or “Available” means the ability of Authorized Users to connect through the Internet and access their authorized workspaces or projects of a Directly Controlled Service in the applicable availability zone. The “availability zone” may vary by the Directly Controlled Service and currently means United States or Europe depending on which data center You selected for the Directly Controlled Service.
