Description
Jacobs, the world’s largest ESP, employs 70,000 staff and has 20,000-plus active projects across more than 50 countries. Jacobs’s challenge was to capitalize on people and technology in order to maximize the value and certainty of client-focused solutions through repeatable, excellent project delivery. The initial approach developed standard workflows linking business functions to appropriate tools, creating a baseline to drive innovation to fully and consistently utilize global resources and achieve great solutions for all our clients. In the longer term, engineering software is being integrated with project delivery tools for schedule, cost, and asset information to deliver a consistent 6D experience for our clients.
