Now before I jump on to my BIM 360 mobile app,

I want to show some admin options.

And for that I'll jump on to my Chrome browser window.

As discussed in the introduction,

checklist management system is part of the Field Management

service.

So you need to activate the field management

service for you to be able to run checklists.

Once the service is activated, if I click on Field Management,

I can now quickly have a look at all the different roles

and the permissions assigned to those roles

when it comes to checklists templates and also checklists.

Also, for checklists to be effective,

it is really important that we have got locations

defined in the project.

So for example, if I am assigning a commissioning

checklist to someone, they need to know exactly the location

of the equipment on which they can run the checklist.

For that if I click on locations, on this project

I've got two towers, so tower one and tower two.

Both these have got roof HVAC locations

because that's where our equipment are on which we are

supposed to run the checklists.

Now that we understand this, let's

have a quick look at the Field Management service.

Right now, I'm in the checklists tab

and I can see that this user has got

a number of different checklists assigned.

If I go to the Templates tab, I can

see that these are the templates that we've got available.

There's a quality checklist, there's a safety checklist,

and there's also a commissioning checklist.

Because this user is logged in as an admin,

they can import checklists templates

or they can create new templates as well.

Going back to the checklist tab, I'm

and I'm going to schedule it to be run today.

Now that we understand this, let's jump on to the BIM 360

mobile app and go through the process of running checklists

So on the BIM 360 mobile app, I'm

going to tap on Checklists on the bottom toolbar.

And I can now see that these are the two checklists that

were assigned to me that are supposed to be run today.

I can also see the location of the equipment on which I

need to run this checklist.

Because I'm currently in tower one,

so I'll start with the tower one checklist which

is the pre functional test.

Now this checklist has got two sections.

The first section is the pre functional test cooling

is the signature section.

Let's start with running this checklist.

The first question is cooling tower starts and runs.

Once I have gone through the process of starting and running

the cooling tower, I can then decide whether it

passes this question or fails.

In this case, I'm going to go pass.

And if need be, I can tap on Photograph

and take a photo as well.

Second is fan rotation verified correct under normal operation.
