00:06
Let's get started with the design standard drawing views,
00:09
dash practice dot F three D.
00:11
We're going to go to the design workspace picker
00:14
start and create a new detailed drawing from design
00:17
and in this case we're going to use the standard units
00:20
of inch and the sheet size of B and say okay,
00:25
We want to begin by changing our scale.
00:27
This is going to be a 1-1 drawing view showing only visible edges.
00:31
We're going to be using a third angle projection.
00:33
So I'll place the front view down here in the lower left hand corner of our drawing.
00:38
Then we're going to select create projected view and create our top right
00:43
and our isometric views and click the green check mark.
00:48
Next we want to create a section view So we'll need to select the parent
00:51
view and place our section line using
00:53
the green triangles as our midpoint references.
00:56
We'll select the green check mark again
00:58
and we're going to go ahead and place this here and say okay
01:02
noting that the note is off of our drawing sheet.
01:04
We might need to reposition some of our views So let's
01:06
go ahead and move our views up a little bit.
01:08
Moving the isometric view
01:10
and moving our section view up as well
01:14
to make sure that everything is visible.
01:16
You can play around with adding additional view types.
01:19
But at this point let's make sure that we do save this and we don't lose any work
