How to Hide Geometry:
Two Methods
Hide Existing Geometry
We previously hid the Obstacle geometry.
Moving through the ribbon the first icon within Design Conditions is Structural Constraints - Allows for assignment of Fixed, Frictionless, and Pinned constraints.
Our Exercise here will only use Fixed Constraints through all of our load cases.
1. Select Structural Constraints icon from the ribbon.
Assign Fixed Constraint:
2. Select Fixed Constraint from the Type menu.
3. Select the two (2) inner diameter faces of the thin cylinders on the -Z side of the geometry.
4. Click OK.
