Create and rough a new setup for OP2

Module overview

In this module, you learn to create a new setup in an existing program using a new vise model with soft jaws.  You create a program to finish machine OP2 of a part and validate stock removal with simulation.  You create all required documentation and g-code, load and verify a program in machine control, machine a part and perform a final inspection.

After completing this module, you’ll be able to:

• Create a CAM setup.
• Use toolpaths to remove leftover stock from OP1.
• Use 2D contour to finish machine the profile.
