To begin, from the Home page, click New and start a new project using one of the Architectural templates.

On the Architecture ribbon, in the Build panel, click Wall.

Expand the Type Selector to select the type of wall you want.

In the drawing area, click to place the starting point of your wall.

As you move your cursor, you can use the temporary dimension shown.

Click your cursor once the wall is the length you want, or simply type a dimension value and press ENTER.

Next, place a door.

Expand the Type Selector and choose the type of door you want.
