Use Autodesk Docs to upload new file versions, review version history, and compare files.

With Autodesk Docs in the ACC, you can upload, view, and manage versions of files.

To automatically create versions of documents, begin on the Docs Files page with the appropriate project folder open.

Then, from your device’s file explorer, navigate to a new version of the file you wish to upload.

Ensure the file has a matching name to the original file.

Drag and drop the file to the Files page.

An Upload files dialog displays with a loading bar, indicating the upload progress.

In this example, an updated file is uploaded that was associated with an issue.

From the Issues page, the status of the associated issue updates to Pending due to the new version upload.
