Fast track services for admins
Admins can request fast track services to help teams quickly adopt new Autodesk offerings and workflows. Fast track services combine flexible, on-demand learning with live coaching from Autodesk specialists to improve operational efficiency and workflow proficiency.
To explore available fast track services:
Sign in to your Autodesk account.
Go to the Success Center.
On the Summary page, select Explore fast track services.
Fast track topics are organized into two categories:
Setup and configuration: Helps you set up and tailor Autodesk offerings to meet your business needs and get your team up and running quickly.
Product onboarding: Guides users through essential workflows to build proficiency.
Use the category filters to narrow results and find relevant topics.
Each fast track tile includes details such as supported products and intended audience.
To request fast track services:
Select a topic of interest.
Choose Submit request.
Complete the request form, including company details and requirements.
Provide at least three preferred date and time options for a discovery call.
Review your request and accept the terms of use.
Select Submit request.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. An Autodesk specialist will contact you to schedule a discovery call and tailor the fast track services to your business goals.
Requested fast track services appear in the Success Center Summary page under Manage your fast track services.
From there, you can:
View session details, including upcoming coaching sessions.
Track assigned users.
Monitor progress and participation.
Select a fast track to view more details or manage participants.
To add participants:
Open the fast track.
Choose Manage assigned users.
Select users from your account.
Assigned users will:
Gain access to digital learning content in their Autodesk account.
Receive invitations to live coaching sessions.
Receive automated feedback surveys after each session.
Each fast track includes a summary view with:
Days remaining in the program.
Number of users who have completed learning units.
Coaching session attendance.
You can also:
Review curriculum units and completion status.
View detailed progress by user.
Track scheduled coaching sessions.
To see all fast track services, including completed and active ones:
Go to the Success Center Summary page.
Select Learning plan management.
