Using this tool, project administrators can create, edit, and manage approval workflows to enable the review process for project files.

To create an approval workflow, as a project administrator,

begin in the Autodesk Construction Cloud with your project open in Docs.

In the navigation panel, select Reviews, then click Settings.

Click Create approval workflow.

In the corresponding dialog, expand the drop-down to select an approval workflow template.

Here, you can choose a one- to six-step approval, or a two- to four-step group approval.

This selection determines the number of approval steps,

as well as whether a single review or a group of reviews is required to move from one step to the next.

As explained in the dialog, this workflow routes the files through two review steps and an approval step,
