














How to use Autodesk account to manage subscriptions and assign software.

To access your account, go to manage.autodesk.com and enter the login details you used to first create your account.

After signing in, you can see the navigation menu on the left.

Products and Services allows you to access and download software that has been assigned to you.

User Management is only visible to contract managers or software coordinators,

To invite a user, select By User and then click Invite Users.

If you have multiple users to invite, you can click the Import tab and upload a CSV file

To assign or unassign software, click the View Details arrow to the right of the user’s information.

On the User page, you can remove the user, change the user’s role, and edit any assigned groups.

Under product access, you will see any products assigned to the user, as well as the unassigned products with available seats.
