Having a backup admin available to ensure everyone’s software keeps working even when you are not available is priceless. Learn how to assign or reassign admin rights to another person so you can take that much needed vacation.

This content takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. By the end, you should be able to:

  • Understand the differences between primary admins and secondary admins.
  • Set up a secondary admin and inform them of their role.
  • Reassign the primary admin rights to someone else and notify them of the change.
