00:03

There's a couple of ways that we can restore

00:06

the U CS to world. We can type in

00:10

U CS.

00:11

And here there's an option for world.

00:15

And once we have it

00:17

back in world,

00:18

we could leave this rotated view, it'll work just fine for X

00:24

refs.

00:24

But if we wanted the original view rotated back, this is where we could type in plan,

00:31

enter, enter

00:33

and not only have we restored the world U CS,

00:37

but we have the rotation restored the way it was before.

00:42

Now, another way we can restore

00:45

is

00:46

when we have another U CS,

00:50

we can go over to the view cube and at the bottom of it, there's a drop down for U CS S.

00:56

So let's do this. Let me type in U CS one more time

00:60

and I'm going to do the same thing that I did. I'm gonna rotate this

01:05

to this object. So now I have another U CS

01:09

and this says unnamed. Now over here,

01:14

what I can do is click on the drop down and simply choose W CS here

01:20

and now we are back in

01:22

the world. U CS.

01:24

Another thing that we can do using the U CS command

01:28

is we can restore to a previous U CS.

01:32

So notice I can go in and now it's back to what it was before.

01:37

Uh If I never saved any U CS si can keep going to previous

01:43

until I get back to a U CS that I had previously.

01:49

So now you can see that we got back to

01:52

when I lined up with the Cyan line by going to previous.

01:58

You can also go into the UCS manager by typing in ucs

02:05

man.

02:06

And this will give you commands, notice that I can go to

02:11

the world us by setting a current,

02:15

I can go back there and hit a previous

02:20

ucs by setting it current.

02:24

So this is the UCS manager.

02:27

We also

02:29

can go to different views, we can go to orthographic ucs

02:38

and you can see how that changes.

02:43

And once again, we can set world current

02:47

very easily

02:48

by doing

02:50

the U CS manager. We also have settings where you can see

02:55

the U CS icon is turned on.

02:58

We can turn it on to display at the origin point.

03:01

We can apply it to all active view ports, allow selecting the U CS icon.

03:07

These are all the same settings from when we typed in the U CS icon command.

03:13

So keep that in mind as well.
