Email verification
The email verification experience for your Autodesk account depends on the URL shown in your browser during sign-in or registration. Different workflows apply for accounts.autodesk.com and signin.autodesk.com.
Depending on how you sign in, verification may happen through Autodesk or through your selected sign-in provider (Example Google). If you sign in using a third-party provider, follow that provider’s documentation and guidelines to complete account verification.
This experience applies to:
Creating a new Autodesk account.
Signing in with an existing unverified account.

What to expect
A verification email is sent to your email address.
Click the verification link in the email.
After verification, you can continue accessing Autodesk products and services.
This experience typically applies when:
You are invited by an admin to join an Autodesk account.
Follow the steps in User Registration for Invited Users.
What to expect
You may receive an email invitation or a one-time passcode (OTP).
Enter the OTP or complete account setup from the invitation email.
After completing registration, you are signed in and redirected to your Autodesk account or product.
If you do not receive the verification or create your account email:
Check your junk or spam folder.
Select Resend on the verification screen (if available).
Ensure your organization allows emails from:
noreply@signin.autodesk.com
noreply@autodesk.com
If the issue persists, connect with us via the Autodesk Assistant in the lower right corner of your screen.
