In the Informed Design web app, a product manufacturer or authorized person from the organization

With this feature, you can manage and track the lifecycle of your product releases.

With a project opened in Informed Design, switch to the Releases tab.

The list on the left provides an overview of all published product definitions that are available for use.

This list serves as a reference for understanding the different versions or variations of your product.

Select one of the product definitions, such as ID_Staircase in this example.

The product releases section displays a list of product release statuses.

In this case, there are two releases that may include different variations.

By updating the release status, you can determine whether a specific product definition is accessible for placement

If you do not want a release to be available in Revit, you can set it as obsolete.
